The Blue Health Assessment uses your responses to create a customized action plan to help you improve your overall health. New for 2012, both Standard Option and Basic Option members receive health debit cards to use for qualified expenses. You can earn up to $50 on your card in 2012 by completing the Blue Health Assessment and up to three online coaching sessions.

We provide benefits for preventive childcare and routine screening procedures for children up to age 22.

To help keep you healthy, you can get free routine annual physicals with Service Benefit Plan coverage. Selected immunizations and cancer screenings are free also.

New for 2012, under the Diabetes Management Incentive Program you can earn up to $75 on your health debit card when you complete specific activities to help manage your diabetes.
